Natali Lazaroski

Founder, Registered Psychologist, EMDR Practitioner

Natali Lazaroski is a registered Psychologist (Registration No. 0001864057) and member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).

She was first registered as a Psychologist in 2013 and has an extensive commitment to ongoing professional development to ensure her skills deliver the best therapeutic approaches.

Natali’s professional approach is holistic and individualised, seeking a whole understanding of the origin of symptoms to tailor treatment against her clients’ specific needs.

She has completed postgraduate training in a range of scientifically supported therapies. Natali’s main area of focus is working with trauma, whether it is a recent event, single incident, developmental (early life trauma), or more pervasive complex trauma.  

She also offers treatment for a variety of mental health conditions and concerns, like;

  • Simple, complex  and developmental traumas
  • Adult survivors of abuse and neglect, including emotional neglect

Natali’s treatment approach is evidence-based and highly tailored to a person’s unique circumstances. She is experienced in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Structural Dissociation therapy, and also incorporates therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy and other creative, proven and contemporary change modalities. Her focus is on delivering individualised, well-rounded treatment that takes into account the whole person.

As the Founder of The Shellharbour Clinic, Natali’s overarching goal is to create a clinic for our local community that provides excellence in psychology for life’s traumas.
