Steve is a provisionally registered psychologist with a passion for integrative therapy. He is dedicated to understanding the intricate connections between sleep, diet, exercise, health and interpersonal relationships in shaping one’s overall wellbeing. With a belief in the profound interplay of these factors, Steve strives to offer comprehensive support to individuals seeking to improve their mental and emotional health.

With training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution focused techniques and personal training (PT), Steve employs a multifaceted approach tailored to each individuals’ unique needs. Steve’s goal is to empower his clients to cultivate holistic wellness and thrive in all aspects of their live

Additionally, Steve served six years in the Royal Australian Navy. Having navigated the challenges and complexities of military service, Steve is acutely aware of the impact it can have on mental and emotional wellbeing. Whether it is addressing the stresses of military culture or transitioning to civilian life, Steve provides specialised support to DVA and service members.  

Client age range: 16 to 50 years.

Qualifications

  • Master of Professional Psychology
  • Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours)
  • Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy and Psychology)
  • Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
  • Level I Yoga Teacher
